If I told you I could show you how to make a super-simple glaze that's so addictive you'll want to put it on everything, would you believe me? You should! This is an intensely flavorful glaze layered with sweet and tangy tastes, thanks to a mixture of orange-juice concentrate and ketchup, plus a little light brown sugar, white-wine vinegar, Worcestershire, hot sauce, and salt.
Sarah's Tip of the Day:
I'm putting it atop chicken thighs, but it would be equally great on wings, a pork shoulder, or even salmon. Whatever you choose to serve it on, I promise it will be ooey, gooey, and oh-so good!
