Wide lat pulldown- 4 x 10
Close Grip lat pulldown- 3 x 8 slow and controlled!
Seated close-grip cable row- 4 x 12
Low Machine Row- 4 x 12
T-Bar row- 3 x 10
Dumbbell Bicep Curls, Alternating and together- 3 x 8
Alternating Bi Curls- 2 x 12
Dumbbell Bi Curls, Hammer Curl Style, Alternating and Together- 2 x 8
Static Bi Curls (Heidi's)- 2 x 12 ea.
