Tenderloin steak sandwich - This must be one of the best steak sandwich recipes around. I hope you like this videos recipe and give it a try.

Recipe:
Ingredienst:
- Beef tenderloin
- Ciabatta
- 2 table spoons mayonaise
- 2 tablespoons mustard
- mix lettuce
- Kress
- 125 ml red wine vinegar
- 70 gr dark brown sugar
- 2 medium size onions
- 2 tablespoons butter
- salt flakes
How To:
- Start up your weber kettle or any other grill
- place a skillet on the briquettes
- slice the 2 onions
- Let buter melt in the skillet and cook the onions
- add the red wine vinegar and the dark brwon sugar to the onions
- Let the onions caramelize
- Meanwhile grill the steaks
- Slice the ciabatta in half
- mix the 2 tablespoons mayonaise and mustard
- smere the mustard mayonaise on the ciabatta
- make a bed from the lettuce on the ciabatta
- Slice the tenderloin after resting it. (the steaks are done when they reach 54 degrees Celsius or 125 degrees Fahrenheit.)
- Place the slices of beef on the lettuce
- Sprinkle the steak with salt flakes
- Place the sweet onions on the steak
- sprinkle on some kress
