Vietnamese spring rolls are such a fresh healthy addition to your meal planning, and are a lot easier to make than you might think, watch how we like to make ours!
What you will need is:
Rice noodles
Rice paper
carrot
lettuce
spring onion shallots
cooked prawns / shrimp
coriander cilantro
crushed peanuts are an option
For the dipping sauce:
garlic - 1/2 a teaspoon ish
ginger 1/4 teaspoon ish
soy sauce 2 tablespoons ish
fish sauce 1 teaspoonish
chilli, only if you want, maybe deseed it
add some water to dilute the sauce or it will be too overpowering, maybe 2 or 3 tablespoonsworth
