Balancing Full Time Work & Youtube

Hi everyone! I hope you're all doing well - as I said, today's video is a little different to my normal Beauty Videos as I'm sharing my own advice on how to Balance Working Full Time and Running a Youtube Channel.
First - let's remember why we are doing this and make sure our heart and heads are in the right places for it! It's certainly not a "get famous and rich quick" scheme - for me it's been so much time and hard work!
I also share some ideas that you probably have already thought of but just incase you needed to be reminded of :)
One tip i forgot to mention was that when i go to sleep I have my phone on flight mode - I found that i kept waking up and seeing notifications on my phone which would disrupt my sleep - because I work 8-5 every day sleep is SO important to me and I need a decent solid amount of it!
