1. underhand front raises with barbell- 3x 20
superset with: arnold presses- 3x20
2. military press on smith 3 sets, but for each set do as many as possible, then drop the weight and do as many as possible again (=1 set, so do that 3 times)
3. rear delt machine superset with rear delt flys - 3x20 ea.
