1. Eligibility: The How to Install FrSky RX Diatone M3 3 Inch Quad | XM+ RX Install F4 Fury Giveaway (the “Giveaway”) is open only to legal residents of the United States and Other “Friendly Countries” to the USA - who are at least 14 years of age at time of entry (“Entrant"(s)). Void where prohibited. The Giveaway is sponsored by Grayson Hobby (“Sponsor”). Shipping will be Responsible by Grayson Hobby (Free Shipping) to legal residents of the United States 50 States - Eligible winner outside the United States 50 States will be required to pay for shipping of the Giveaway. Grayson Hobby will not pay for shipping outside the United States 50 States.
2. Prize: The Giveaway allows Entrants to enter random drawings, as described below, on the Grayson Hobby YouTube Channel (the “Channel”) for a chance at Rotor Riot Tool Kit & Grayson Hobby Lipo Bag (“Prize”). The average retail value (“ARV”) of the Prize is $40. The total ARV of all Prizes is $__$40. ____. THE ODDS OF WINNING THE PRIZE DEPENDS ON THE TOTAL NUMBER OF ELIGIBLE ENTRIES RECEIVED.
No Prize substitution or cash alternative is allowed except at the sole discretion of Sponsor. 5. Winning: The winner of the Giveaway (“Winner”) shall be chosen by the Sponsor based on Sponsor’s personal affinity for the Comment. The Winner shall be chosen on 1900 ET on _3/7/ 2017.
