Warner Bros and DC released the first teaser trailer for SHAZAM at San Diego Comic Con, starring Zachary Levi and Asher Angel as Shazam aka Captain Marvel and Billy Batson. We’re introduced to the New 52 version of Billy, along with his foster siblings Freddie Freeman, Mary Bromfield, Eugene Choi, Pedro Pena, and Darla Dudley. We’re also given a small glimpse at his powers and abilities given to him by the wizard Shazam in the Rock of Eternity. Is Mark Strong’s Dr Sivana the big bad of the film? Or are there hints to possibly seeing The Rock as Black Adam making an appearance? Let’s discuss!
