In this series I take you through a day of my IIFYM style of eating. Although I don't count my macros specifically, I estimate my calorie consumption each day and eat whatever I want as long as it fits my dietary requirements. I am currently bulking and so this largely consists of eating as much food as possible! If you like food porn, you've come to the right place.
This day of eating is a little bit different. Welcome to a full day of fast food eating! Today I attempted to eat nothing but fast food and ended up hitting 6,000 calories. This is the fast food challenge!
