This talk was given at a local TEDx event, produced independently of the TED Conferences. Growing up in an artistic family, Afra Noubarzadeh was the only one craving for technology, and set out to become a ”nerd”. With his art projects he’s managed to merge technology and art together. At TedxGöteborg Afra shows an example of the creative process based on CSS code drawing circles and squares to create astounding art.
As TEDx is about bringing together Technolgy, Entertainment and Design with the concept of sharing good ideas, what could be a more splendid example than an entrepreneurial-minded environmental science engineer who creates astounding art out of CSS code? While inviting us to watch the creative process based on math, code and vector circles, Afra Noubarzadeh will talk about how to bridge the gap between art and science and why the limits of technology actually may boost creativity.
About TEDx, x = independently organized event In the spirit of ideas worth spreading, TEDx is a program of local, self-organized events that bring people together to share a TED-like experience. At a TEDx event, TEDTalks video and live speakers combine to spark deep discussion and connection in a small group. These local, self-organized events are branded TEDx, where x = independently organized TED event. The TED Conference provides general guidance for the TEDx program, but individual TEDx events are self-organized.* (*Subject to certain rules and regulations)
