MEATLOAF Muffins Recipe -Cheese stuffed Turkey Meatloaf Muffins
Here is an easy recipe for meatloaf muffins. I decided to stuff mine with cheese. This recipe makes a dozen meatloaf muffins.
INGREDIENTS
2 lbs Lean Ground Turkey
1 cup bread crumbs
2 eggs (1/2 cup oat meal egg substitute)
onion
1/4 cup ketchup
1 tbls Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tbls tomato paste
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp salt
pepper to taste
1 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese (optional)
