MY PROTEIN PANCAKE RECIPE OF THE DAY:
40g Bisquick Original Pancake Mix
1/4c Egg Whites
7g of Protein powder of your choice!
45g Mashed banana
Dash of cinnamon
Dash of vanilla
Mix ingredients well, cook like a normal pancake! (I like mine a little underdone and gooey;)) Top with favorite nut butter and sugar free syrup!
BANANA & PB, STRAWBERRY & NUTELLA STUFFED FRENCH TOAST:
Take two slices of bread and flatten them out with a wooden roller or by rolling a large glass over them.
Spread nutella on one piece, and peanut butter on the other.
Place sliced strawberries on half of the nutella bread, and sliced bananas on half of the peanut butter bread.
Fold the free side of the bread over the fruit, and press the crusts together to close the fold in the bread slices.
Coat stuffed bread in a mixture of 1 egg, 1/4c milk, vanilla, and cinnamon, and place in pre-greased pan. Cook and flip until golden and crispy on both sides, then coat the french toasts in sugar and cinnamon, top with fresh fruit, and syrup! Definitely worth saving your macros for, friends! YUM.
