1 ½ cups milk
3 ¾ cups flour -
1 tablespoon + 1 teaspoon baking powder -
¾ teaspoon salt -
Shortening -
BUTTERCREAM -
400g sugar (approx 1 ¾ cups) -
8 large egg whites
1lb (454 g) unsalted butter, room temperature
1 teaspoosn pure vanilla extract -
1/2 cup water
1 x 350g jar Smuckers Seedless Raspberry jam -
Wilton Red (no taste) Icing Colour -
MODELING CHOCOLATE
6 oz white chocolate -
¼ cup clear corn syrup -

1 cup water
