How to Make Chocolate Souffle, Chocolate Molten Lava Cake

❤INGREDIENTS:
butter
1/3 cup granulated sugar
1 cup bittersweet chocolate chips
3 egg yolks
6 egg whites
❤DIRECTIONS:
Preheart 375 degrees.
Butter soufflé dish and cover with sugar.
Melt chocolate in a double boiler or make your own with a metal bowl on top of a saucepan.
Beat egg whites with a pinch of salt with an electrical mixer on medium then add 1/3 cup of sugar and increase electrical mixer setting to high and beat until egg whites hold stiff peaks.
Remove bowl from heat and stir in the 3 egg yolks then add a cup of the egg whites and fold together.
Fold all the egg whites and chocolate together and pour onto soufflé dish and bake for 20-26 minutes.
Your chocolate soufflé should look slightly puffed and crusted on the top but a bit jiggly in the center.

You can also turn the chocolate soufflé into chocolate molten lava cake by adding chocolate ganache in the inside center of the chocolate soufflé.
Other options: whipped cream topping or powdered sugar.
