Steps:
1: Do yoga 2 or 3 times a week
2: Hit the gym for a total body workout 3 or 4 times a week
3: Use a foam roller to lower your body's stress levels
4: Drink at least 2 litres of water every day
5: Eat food that's rich in antioxidants
6: Drink a green super smoothie every day
