#1 Chicken in Garlic Herb Sauce Recipe - Greg's Kitchen

This #1 Chicken in Garlic Herb sauce recipe is my go to chicken recipe, it is so full of delicious flavours and is so easy to make, and you can do it all in one frying pan with hardly any hands on cooking time!
Ingredients:
6 to 8 Chicken thighs with skin and bones
1/2 tsp salt or to taste
1/2 tsp pepper or to taste
Olive oil
8 cloves garlic minced
2 tsp thyme
2 tsp oregano
2 tsp lemon juice
1/2 cup dry red wine or sherry ( I used a shiraz)
1/2 cup chicken stock/broth
