An Instant creamy and delicious dessert made from using ricotta cheese and pistachios,
Ing:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
For the milk mixture
32 oz half and half
15 oz heavy whipping cream
3tbsp sugar
1/2 cup pistachios
1/2 tsp crushed cardamom
Put it on the stove on low heat until mixture thickens up
Ing for the creamy mixture
4 cups ricotta cheese
3/4 and 2 tbsp sugar
1 tsp crushed cardamom
1/4 cup crushed pistachios
Method:
Mix all the ingredients together and put it in a 5x9 glass container container or you can also put it in small mounds that is buttered well. Bake for 35 to 40 min depending on your oven or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean and the mixture looks firm. Let the mixture cool and make pieces as you like and add the milk mixture and let the dessert stay for 3 to 6 hours so the mixture absorbs the milk mixture. Put in desired serving dishes and garnish with more crushed pistachios and enjoy!
