Welcome to Greg's Kitchen. Today l show you how to make a delicious moist tropical inspired cake that is a twist on the original recipe, using coconut milk and pineapple as well as delicious bananas, you will be clicking your heels when you try this happy fun cake.
125 grams butter
3/4 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
1 egg
2 ripe bananas
1/2 tin (200g approx) pineapple
1/4 cup coconut milk
1 & 1/2 cups self raising flour
bake for 40-45 mins in preheated oven at 170ºC and ENJOY!
