Soya Nugget do Piaza is a phenomenal dish made healthier by the use of soya nuggets, which in turn, only enhances the taste.
SOYA NUGGET DO PIAZA
Ingredients
1 cup soya nugget, soaked
3 medium onions
15-20 shallots
4 tbsps oil
1 tbsp chopped ginger
1 tbsp chopped garlic
1 tbsp coriander powder
¼ tsp turmeric powder
½ tsp red chilli powder
130 gm bhuna masala
A few sprigs fresh coriander leaves
2 tbsps fresh cream
Method
1. Heat 2 tbsps oil in each of 2 non-stick pans. Halve onions and cut each half into 4 pieces.
2. Add shallots to one pan, cover and cook.
3. Add the onion pieces to the 2nd pan. Add ginger and garlic and saute till lightly coloured.
4. Add soya nuggets, coriander powder, turmeric powder, red chilli powder and mix. Add bhuna masala and 2 tbsps water and mix. Add salt.
5. Chop coriander leaves and add. Mix well, cover and cook for 3-4 minutes. Add cream and mix.
6. Transfer into a serving dish. Put the shallots on top and serve hot.
