Beef Plov Recipe Cooked in Pressure Cooker / Instant Pot - Greg's Kitchen

This beef and rice dinner, aka Plov, made in the Pressure cooker aka Instant pot, is so good and full of flavour! It is a must make and everyone will love it!

Ingredients:
2 1/2 cups White rice , rinsed and drained
500g / 1lb beef chuck or beef stew meat, cut into pieces
olive oil
4 Tbsp butter
1 large onion, diced
3 large carrots, thickly julienned
2.5 cups beef stock / broth
Salt and pepper
1/2 tsp ground cumin
1/2 tsp ground paprika
1/2 tsp ground coriander
1 whole head garlic, unpeeled, cut in half crosswise.
Chopped parsley to garnish = optional
