Seekh Kabab Ingredients:
Seekh Kabab Masala 2 tbsp
Boneless Chicken 1/2 Kg
Egg 1
Green Chilli 1 (Chopped)
Oil 1 tbsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
Red Chilli Powder 1/2 tsp
Seekh Kabab Biryani Ingredients:
Onion 1 (Chopped)
Tomato 2 (Chopped)
Oil 1/2 Cup
Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tsp
Yellow Color 1/4 tsp
Green Chilli 2 (Chopped)
Green Coriander 1 tbsp (Chopped)
Turmeric Powder 1/2 tsp
Cumin Powder 1 tsp
Garam Masala Powder 1/2 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Red Chilli Powder 1 tsp
Garam Masala:
Bay Leaf 1
Black Cardamom 1
Star Anise 1
Green cardamom 1
Cloves 4
Black Pepper 6
Cumin 1 tsp
Water as You Required
Rice 1/2 Kg (Boiled)
Seekh Kabab Masala Ingredients:
Coriander Seeds 2 tbsp
Cumin 2 tbsp
Ginger Powder 1 tbsp
Garlic Powder 1 tbsp
Poppy Seeds 1 tbsp
Red Chilli Powder 1 tbsp
Nutmeg & Mace Powder 1 tbsp
Button Red Chilli 1 tbsp (Crushed)
Garam Masala Powder 1 tbsp
Salt 1 tbsp
Roasted Chickpeas 2 tbsp
Peanut 1 tbsp
Seekh Kabab Direction:
Take a Chopper and add Boneless Chicken, Seekh Kabab Masala, Egg, Green Chilli, Oil, Salt, Red Chilli Powder and chopped it well. After that take a seekh (Stick) and spread oil on hand and on stick and make seekh kabab. After that take a pan and add oil 1 tbsp and place all seekh kabab and cook it (5 minutes each side on medium to low flame). After that your seekh kabab is ready.
Seekh Kabab Biryani Direction:
Take a pot and add oil and onion and cook it until it become golden brown color. After that add Garam Masala (Bay Leaf 1, Black Cardamom 1, Star Anise 1, Green cardamom 1, Cloves 4, Black Pepper 6, Cumin 1 tsp) and stir it and then add some water and stir it again and then add Ginger Garlic Paste and stir it and then add Tomato and stir it and then add Salt, Turmeric Powder, Red Chilli Powder, Cumin Powder, Garam Masala Powder and stir it and then add 1/2 Cup water and stir it and cover with lid and cook for 5 minutes on medium to low flame. After that remove lid and add all seekh kabab and Green Chilli and stir it for 2 minutes on medium flame. After that cover it with lid and cook for 5 minutes on medium to low flame. After that remove lid and add all boiled rice and take a cup and add 2 tbsp water and add Yellow Color and mix it well and add into the rice and sprinkle Green Coriander and cover with lid and cook for 15 minutes on very low flame. Now your Seekh Kabab Biryani is Ready.
Seekh Kabab Masala Direction:
Take a blender jar and add Roasted Chickpeas, Peanut, Coriander Seeds, Cumin, Poppy Seeds, Button Red Chilli and grind it. After that put this into a bowl and add Ginger Powder, Garlic Powder, Red Chilli Powder, Nutmeg & Mace Powder, Garam Masala Powder, Salt and mix it well. Your Seekh Kabab Masala is Ready.
