Btw, did you know that today McDonald's starts serving breakfast all day? FYI.
McToast (Italy) - It’s basically an inside out hamburger bun with ham and cheese.
Veg Pizza McPuff (India) - Vegetable pizza never looked better….or puffier.
McLobster (Canada) - It’s not the most eclectic item on our list but it definitely looks tasty!
Taro Pie (China) - Just imagine a McDonald’s apple pie filled with taro-root instead of apples
Ovomaltine McFlurry (Brazil) - This flavor is also available in some European countries
McCurry Pan (India) - This isn’t just any old pan of curry. The pan is actually made of bread (think taco salad).
McNurnburger (Germany) - Leave it to the Germans to combine sausages and hamburgers
Mashed Potato Burger (China) - Want a manlier hamburger? Just add mashed potatoes! At least according to McDonalds, as this burger was featured in McDonald’s “Beef 2012 Manly Campaign” in China.
Bubblegum-Squash McFlurry (Australia) - As gross as it sounds, fear not, “squash” actually refers to marshmallows. It doesn’t sound too bad anymore does it?
Prosperity Burger (Malaysia) - Bearing a strong resemblance to the McRib the Prosperity Burger was originally introduced as a promotional item to “celebrate abundance” during Chinese New Year. Not surprisingly this burger sells pretty well.
Spinach and Parmesan Nuggets (Italy) - How do you make something healthier? Add spinach!
Breaded Emmentaler Sticks with Lingonberry Jam (Austria) - That’s just a really fancy way of saying cheese sticks with jam
McBeer (Europe) - For Americans this might be a bit strange
Spam (Hawaii) - Seriously? As if McDonalds meat wasn’t already fake?
McKroket (Netherlands) - If you thought the mash potatoes were strange, try putting beef stew on your burger.
Bacon Potato Pie (some Asian countries) - Bacon + Pie…why on Earth is this deliciousness only sold in Asia?
Filet-O Shrimp Burger (Japan) - Panko battered shrimp topped with Ebi shrimp tempura sauce on a bun is one of the most popular McDonald’s menu items in Japan.
Rice McWrap (China) - It’s basically a chicken wrap with rice and it’s McDonald’s way of appealing to local tastes in China.
Rye Vegetarian Feast (Finland) - Apparently even McDonald’s is good for you in Scandinavia
Pizzarotto (Italy) - The Pizzarotto is a mini-calzone filled with tomato and mozzarella. A nice alternative to the hamburger in Italy.
Peasant Soup (Portugal) - A combination of ham, red beans, elbow pasta, veggies, and garlic makes this a decent quick meal.
McPoutine (Canada) - Fries covered in cheese curds and gravy. You’ll only find this in Canada.
Vegemite (Australia) - Apparently Australians really love their vegemite
Kiwi Stick (France) - We’re still not sure why the stick is necessary but hey, why not?
Black and White Burger (China) - It may be good but it looks quite terrifying
