Hey all!
Here is my Shoulder & Tricep/ Strong and Toned Arms workout I did at Doherty's Gym in Melbourne, Australia last week.
FULL WORKOUT:
Upright Rows- 3 sets, 10-12 reps
Standing Arnold Press- 3 sets, 8-10 reps
Alternating Front Raise- 3 sets, 10 reps (Double-hand burnout at end)
Cable Rope Pull-downs- 4 sets, 12-15 reps
Reverse Fly's- 4 sets, 20-30 reps
Overhead Tricep Extension- 4 sets, 10-12 reps
Overhead Shoulder Press Machine- 4 sets, 10 reps
