Leslie Blodgett – Creator of bareMinerals®
Leslie Blodgett helped transform a nearly forgotten Bay Area-based bath and body retailer into a billion dollar cosmetic empire, now available in 32 countries with over 7,000 points of distribution, spurring several case studies on her leadership style and business approach. Inc. Magazine named her one of the “Top Entrepreneurs of the Decade.” Throughout her journey, Blodgett has remained passionately connected to the community of women she helped create: a girlfriend who still keeps her customers on speed dial.
Colaine L.A. Roepke
A dedicated mother of two and a passionate feminist, Colaine L.A. Roepke has pursued a lifelong love of teaching, both in the corporate world as a trainer with The Body Shop and by working directly with young women in academic and athletic environments. A tennis player in her youth, Roepke has coached youth basketball, volleyball and soccer teams, earning Coach of the Year honors from American Youth Soccer Organization. A graduate of Lehigh University and founder of the Progressive Student Alliance, Roepke received the University’s Leadership Award for her personal drive and commitment.
