Up first: A healthy, flavorful, easy take on homemade veggie burgers! The secret for these guys is in the sauce -- a yogurt, curry powder, and lime juice sauce to be exact. It does double-duty as a burger ingredient and a condiment. The other ingredients you'll need to make the burgers are chickpeas, scallions, cooked rice, shredded carrot, breadcrumbs, cilantro, and olive oil. Serve these perfect patties with a side salad or inside a pita. Tune in to the video to see me demonstrate my patty-making technique. I'll also tell you how to freeze these guys, so you have veggie burgers on hand anytime you want 'em!

1/2 cup nonfat plain yogurt
1/2 teaspoon curry powder
Coarse salt
1 teaspoon lime juice
1 can (15.5 ounces) chickpeas, rinsed and drained
2 scallions, finely chopped
3/4 cup cooked basmati rice
3 tablespoons shredded carrot
2 tablespoons dried breadcrumbs
2 tablespoons chopped cilantro, plus leaves for serving
2 tablespoons olive oil
Arugula, cucumber, and carrot for serving
