Why I turn down (some) free stuff

Please help us to find bad videos. Broken or unappropriated video content?
A good review from a channel like this is money in the bank to an RC manufacturer or reseller so I get a constant stream of emails from companies wanting their stuff reviewed -- that's great. What's not so great are the conditions that are sometimes associated with such offers and this was never more apparent than when I received a "contract" from a company that wanted to lend me some FPV gear for review.
