Blueberry Scones & Clotted Cream

Ingredients:
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup sour cream or greek yogurt if you don't have sour cream
2 tablespoon powdered sugar
Mix ingredients with a stand mixer or hand mixer until whipped cream like consistency.  Refrigerate in container and enjoy with scones!
Blueberry Scone Recipe:
2 cups all purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup sugar
8 tablespoons unsalted butter
1 cup blueberry
1 cup heavy cream
2 egg yolks
