Rupinder Ashan is an Indian self-taught makeup artist, aged 34. She was born and brought up in the U.K.; her parents were born in India and came to the U.K. when they were young.
Rupinder first got into makeup in 2015. She wanted to pursue beauty makeup, but discovered creative makeup on Instagram - and decided that she would try doing body painting and special effects. Since then she has just practiced and practiced, and learnt from YouTube!
She works full-time as a Tax Advisor/Accountant, so body painting allows her to be creative in her spare time! And since getting into body painting, Rupinder has got to know her Indian roots better and embraced her family's culture!
