Full HIIT & ABS workout:
Circuit 1
- weighted step ups, 15 reps each side
- alternating battle ropes, 45 seconds
- burpees, 15 reps
- rest 60, seconds
Rest 60 seconds after all exercises are complete. Repeat circuit 3x total. After all 3 rounds are complete, option to challenge yourself and do 10 mins of HIIT cardio before circuit 2.
Circuit 2
- mountain climbers, 15 reps each side
- knee ups, 45 seconds
- jump squats, 15 reps
- Russian twists, 15 reps each side
- rest, 60 seconds
Rest 60 seconds after all exercises are complete. Repeat circuit 3x total. After all 3 rounds are complete, option to challenge yourself and do 10 mins of HIIT cardio!
