800TVL Camera, bright sunlight

Finally had a chance to fly the 800 line camera from Surveilzone with some clear skies and sun light. It does better than on the overcast days, but I still prefer the 600TVL Sony. (PZ0420 and it's "clones") Still though, this one is not bad for the price! I'd love to figure out how to use the zoom function in flight, controlled on the ground. Perhaps we'll need to look at the serial interface and see if that's possible! ;) .

I recommend this receiver to go with them. I use an older Racewood type they used to sell, but these are supposed to be at least as good with the same Comtech tuners in them. Apparently Racewood is no longer in business, so here's what replaced them:
I use this 8dbi Patch Antenna, it has been my go-to antenna for a long time now, for years! lol I've been out more then 10 miles using one of these and the 800mW vtx listed above:
On the transmitter side, the stock dipoles that come with them work pretty good together with that patch, but if you want slightly better performance and less weight/drag, consider these: __
