I really tried making it shorter but I packed in some really good content in here for you in this one. In this part 2 video of the DJI Mavic Pro, I show you what to do when you take your Mavic out for the first flight. I go through what I do before each flight and walk you through the details of setting up some of the controls.

1) Find an open field or park
2) Remove gimbal cap and bracket
3) Place Mavic on flat surface with camera pointed out and away from you
4) Power up remote, then the Mavic and then the DJI Go app
5) Set beginner mode
6) Return to Home
7) Calibrate the compass
8) Set camera to auto
9) Auto take off and landing
10) Understand the remote control
11) Practice orientation
12) Focus and Record
