Ingredients:
Chicken Filets - 4
Slices of cheese - 8
Slices of ham - 1
Breadcrums - 1 cup
Eggs - 3
Barbecue rub - 5 tablespoons
How To:
- Set up your barbecue to roast over indirect heat at around 180 Celsius or 360 Fahrenheit.
- Butterfly the chicken fillets and flatten them with a pan
- Layer the inside with cheese and ham and roll it up
- Beat 3 eggs till they are loose.
- Set up a breading station with the eggs and bread crumbs mixed with the barbecue rub.
- Dip the rolled up chicken fillet in the eggs and in the bread crumbs. Then place them on the grill to roast them over indirect heat.
- When the Chicken rolls have reached a core temperature of 75 Celsius or 167 Fahrenheit take them of the grill and enjoy the indulgence!
