Turkey Tetrazzini Leftover Makeover Recipe ~ Noreen's Kitchen

Today I want to use up some of the leftover turkey that we made in our pressure cooker. I am doing a real throwback today! Turkey Tetrazzini is a creamy pasta and turkey dish that is usually made in several steps, using several pots and pans and then thrown into a casserole and baked until browned an bubbly. Not mine.
I have taken this recipe and adjusted it to cook entirely on top of the stove all in one large skillet. This makes enough for eight hungry people, but you can easily portion this in containers and freeze for later use. It freezes beautifully and Annelle would have loved it! Those of you who are fans of the movie Steel Magnolias will totally get that one. If you don't get it, then go watch the movie. You will thank me later.
This is super simple to make and you are going to make your family very happy when you put this on the table for them to enjoy!
