Greetings! I know everyone knows how to cook bacon, but do you know how to cook it fast, easy and without a giant mess? I think some people just don't cook bacon because its a big mess in their kitchen. Well, this is how I have been doing it for many years and I love it. Just lay those strips on a covered baking sheet and throw them in an oven and bake for around 20 minutes and voila' your bacon is cooked, crisp and beautiful. Flat and perfect for anything you need it for. You can even layer the cooked strips in paper towel and place them in a plastic bag in your fridge or freezer for whenever you have a need for cooked bacon. That beats paying through the nose for the precooked stuff in the store!
