Hello and Welcome to another Budget Builds Video where today we're taking a little detour from our usual computer related content while we take a look a the likes of Simcity 2013, a game that truely plagued the likes of the Genre, with a poor release, and some of the worst lashback in Gaming History, with it being faulted by many, as the game that killed Maxis.....But realistically all that is dramatisation, the game isnt actually all too bad, it just fails in the areas that matter most.
