Recipe :
Ingredients for the marinade:
- Handfull of fresh parsley
- 5 garlic gloves
- 50 peppercorns
- 2 dinnertablespoons coarse salt
- juice of 3 limes
and a slab of baby back ribs
How to:
- Mix and chop the ingredienst for the marinade
- Leave the membrane on the spare ribs
- Marinate the ribs in the marinade for at least 8 hours
- Put the ribs on the spit
- Place the ribs on the spit roast and roast them until the meat
pulls away from the bones. (smoking temperature around 180 degrees Celsius or 350 degrees Fahrenheit)
- Serve with premium dipping sauce
