Chorizo and Potato Gorditas Recipe - GORDITAS

Here is a video of one of the many ways I like to make gorditas. Of all the ways, this is my favorite. I love chorizo con papas. Whether it is tacos or gorditas, I love it. I used store bought chorizo, but you can definitely make your own. I will leave the link below. Makes 8-10 gorditas.
INGREDIENTS
4 medium potatoes
9 oz chorizo
MASA
2 cups Maseca (corn flour)
1/2 tsp salt
2 tbls lard
2 cups hot water (have extra in case dough starts to dry out)
SALSA
6 Korean green peppers
6 dried chile arbol
3 to 5 cloves garlic
1 small onion
salt to taste
