Recipe: 8 ears of whole corn on the cob...
If store bought, make sure they are completely thawed!
Dip your ears in buttermilk and shake off most of the buttermilk
Roll in seasoned flour or fish batter, and let rest for 15 minutes
Deep-Fry for 5 minutes (or golden brown) in 350 degree oil
Let rest on a paper towel until safe to eat. (they stay hot long)
