Ingredientes:
2 latas de leche condensada de 397 gr.(14 oz.)
2 latas de leche evaporada de354 ml.(12floz)
3/4 de taza de leche entera
10 piezas de huevo
1 cucharada de vainilla
3/4 de taza de azucar blanca
1/2 barra de queso crema ( Philadelphia 113gr)
1 litro de agua para hornear el flan a baño maria por 2 horas a 180 C (350 F)
