- bulgarian lunges - 30 seconds each side
- squat and press (weight is optional) - 30 seconds
- tricep dips - 30 seconds
- shoulder tap rotation plank - 30 seconds
- two point plank rotations - 30 seconds
- single leg glute bridges - 30 seconds each side
- burpees - 30 seconds
