Sundried tomato is a favorite ingredient of mine, and they work so well on a pizza. Fans will know I love making homemade pizza's, because I can get so creative with the toppings. For this pizza, I combine sundried tomato, and goat cheese, with my traditional pizza sauce and mozzeralla cheese.
It makes the pizza feel a bit artisan, and packs a ton of a flavors. Best of all, with some store (or better yet, local pizza shop) dough, the pizza is really easy to make.
