Peanut Brittle or Chikki/Jugu Paak with Jaggery in Gujarati

This is a delicious peanut brittle using jaggery, a perfect snack with a big crunch!
Ing:
12 oz of roasted unsalted peanuts
16 oz of crushed jaggery
1 tbsp ghee
1 tbsp ghee to grease the working surface and the rolling pin as well as the pizza cutter
Method:
In a heavy bottom pan add the jaggery and ghee and melt it, test it on the plate or work surface, it should peel off and when dropped it should make a sound of candy falling, at this point at the peanuts and spread the mixture on a well greased working surface and flatten it out with a small bowl or rolling pin, cut with a pizza cutter....
makes 30 pieces depending on the size you decide to cut
