Baked Parmesan Tilapia
4 tilapia filets
Cut out the dark strip down the middle of each filet
Dip them in a egg wash made of (3 eggs 1/8 cup milk)
then roll the filet in a mixer of finely shredded Parmesan
cheese and some grated cheese mixed in.
Add 1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper, 1 tbsp. Italian seasoning
and 1 tsp. Lemon Pepper.
Put the filets in a sprayed baking dish and bake at 425 degrees
until cheese is golden brown and the fish flakes.
Serve on a bed of wild rice and some mixed veggies!
Garnish with lemon slices and also serve with tarter sauce.
