3 tazas de agua caliente para remojar los chiles
8 dientes de ajo
Cucharada y media de sal
1 cucharada de orégano
2 hoja de laurel
1 taza de jugo de naranja
1/2 taza de vinagre de manzana ò blanco
5 hojas de aguacate
2 hojas de plátano
Rinde 10 a 12 personas
