1 lb (453g) Pinto Beans (Raw)
8 oz (227g) Mushrooms
1 Fresh Lime
1 Small Onion
2 Tbsp Vegetable Oil
2 Garlic Cloves
3 Tbsp Tomato Paste
3 Bay Leaves
Salt
Preparations:
1- Soak the pinto beans in water overnight. (Skip this step if using canned beans).
2- Dice the onion.
3- Chop the mushrooms.
