She is back in my kitchen and showing me how to make the creamiest hummus using Almond Breeze almondmilk. and then we use it to make 3 colorful Buddha or grain bowls! I could eat this every day and be so happy
Creamiest Vegan Hummus Recipe:
In a food processor add
2 cans organic garbanzo beans
1/4 cup Tahini paste
3 cloves garlic (peeled)
1 lemon's juice
1/2 tsp lemon zest
1/4 tsp sesame seeds
blend and add
1/4 cup almondmilk
1-2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp kosher salt (or to taste)
add more of these last three to taste and consistency
