Will Butler-Adams joined Brompton Bicycles in 2002, became a director in 2006 and took over as the MD in 2008 - he came into Google's London office to discuss innovation, leadership, the cult of Brompton’s folding bikes and how his company reacts to ever changing consumer demands.
