HEALTHY HOMEMADE STICKY & SWEET FRIED RICE.
Honestly this recipe is probably the BEST one I have come up with so far (besides the PROTEIN ICE CREAM which I had in my last video, see link here: )
FULL RECIPE:
3.5 oz grilled chicken
1/4c chopped carrots
1/4c chopped cherry tomatoes
2TB chopped white onion
1 clove smashed garlic
3oz chopped zucchini
1TB dried cranberries
4 chunks chopped pineapple
cucumber spears
50g steamed white rice
low-sodium soy sauce
agave
Caribbean Jerk seasoning
Black pepper
Chili paste to taste!
Add onion and garlic to a heated, sprayed pan. Let brown, then add zucchini and carrots. Have the heat to medium-high. Feel free to add spray or olive oil to keep ingredients moist, not dry! Once zucchini starts to brown and tenderize, add the cooked chicken and rice. Let them heat, then add the tomatoes, cranberries and pineapple chunks. Now start on your sauce- douse the pan with low-sodium soy sauce, enough to get all the ingredients nice and wet. From there, drizzle with agave (not too much!). Cover ingredients with a dusting of the Caribbean Jerk seasoning and cracked black pepper. Once all ingredients are cooked down a bit and evenly covered in the sauce, transfer to a bowl and top with cucumber and chili paste! YUM!
