1 head of broccoli cut in to florets
1/2 large onion chopped
1/3 cup (2 oz to 3 oz) dark soy sauce
2/3 (5.3 oz) cup beef broth
2 1/2 tbsp brown sugar
1/4 cup (2 oz) cold water
2 tbsp cornstarch
2 tsp sesame oil
