Hey loves! Here is the booty and leg workout for WEEK 2 of the Bikini Body Challenge. Remember to repeat this circuit 3x total for the full workout!
TODAY'S WORKOUT:
don’t forget to do a quick warm up before starting the routine! (Recommendation - 30 jumping jacks, 30 high knees, 30 butt kicks, 30 body weight squats)
1 minute bouncing squat to a curtsy, left side
Rest 30 seconds
1 minute bouncing squat to a curtsy, right side
Rest 30 seconds
1 minute kick backs, left side
Rest 30 seconds
1 minute kick backs, right side
Rest 30 seconds
1 minute leg circles, left side (reverse halfway)
Rest 30 seconds
1 minute leg circles, right side (reverse halfway)
Rest 30 seconds
1 minute jumping squats (if you’d like low impact, do bouncing squats HOLDING a weight)
REPEAT x3

Saturdays: Abs + Upper Body *REPEAT Wednesday’s video* & optional cardio
Sundays: Rest
